Sage Advice Cocktail





Summer is finally in full swing so that can means one thing, it’s officially BBQ Season in Minnesota so bring on the meat and let’s create some tasty seasonal cocktails made with our award-winning J. Carver spirits using fresh herbs from your garden and seasonal fruit for you and your guests to enjoy while grilling your masterpiece soaking in the sun on your deck.







2 oz Brickyard Bourbon
3⁄4 oz lemon juice
3⁄4 oz sage simple syrup
3 blackberries
2 dashes Peychauds bitters
1 oz club soda

Muddle blackberries in a shaker. Add bourbon, lemon juice, sage simple syrup, and ice. Shake well. Double strain into a cocktail glass with a fresh cube of ice. Add bitters. Top with 1 oz club soda. Garnish with lemon oils and fresh blackberries.
